This spacious home includes a living room, kitchen, sun room, patio with BBQ and furniture included, fully fenced backyard with raised garden beds and fruit trees, main bath upstairs, laundry room, mud room, garage, and games room with a pool table and 2 piece bathroom downstairs.
The room is a good size with newer flooring, nice paint, a closet and big window at the back of the house.
Rent is $650 a month with all bills and WiFi included. $300 damage deposit.
I would prefer long term renters but open to short term.
The house is on the edge of town in a very nice neighbourhood and it's only a few steps from a ton of hiking trails including the Alberni Inlet Trail. Please reply to this ad with some info about yourself and any questions you may have! :)
