***Wanted*** 5th Wheel (or Possibly a Park Model) by Private Buyer. Up to $60,000 (cash buyer)

Do you have a 5th wheel you are thinking of selling now or in the near future. No need to put it out to consignment or spend weeks dealing with tire kickers, if you want a quick sale.

We are looking for one similar to the one in the picture (we will consider all makes/brands), 38+ feet in length.

We may consider a Class A motorhome 37+ feet in length.

We live in the Langford area but we will travel as far as Campbell River or Port Alberni for the right trailer.

Must have 4 season insulation package and washer/dryer hookup.

Must be in excellent condition with no issues at all.

All appliances and equipment working properly.

**Important** Has had no water intrusion at any time.
